What does caring for our planet look like in everyday school life?
As part of our journey towards the Eco-Schools Green Flag, Academyati learners were invited to create an Eco-Code: a shared promise shaped by the environmental choices they believe matter most.
After receiving many thoughtful and creative entries, one design was selected to represent our school community for 2025-2026. At its heart are four simple commitments.
Act sustainably means making mindful choices, using resources carefully, and considering how our actions affect the future. Act responsibly reminds us that everyone has a role to play and that even small choices can make a difference.
Care for our community and planet connects environmental responsibility with kindness, respect, and care for the people and places around us. Defending biodiversity encourages learners to value and protect the plants, animals, and natural habitats that make our world rich and balanced.
The Eco-Code will become a visible part of our school and a daily reminder that meaningful change grows through shared action. Most importantly, it reflects our learners’ voices and the future they want to help create – together.
