What are the parents’ communication channels?

At Academyati, we value open, ongoing communication with our families and see parents as essential partners in their child’s learning journey.

Parents are welcome to call, email, or drop in to speak with teachers and staff. In addition, we offer multiple formal and informal communication channels, including:

• Goal-setting meetings three times a year, where parents, students, and teachers discuss progress and set personalised goals
• Parent-teacher conferences held twice a year
• ClassDojo, our day-to-day communication tool, where teachers share updates and messages
• Monthly newsletters with school-wide news, upcoming events, and trip details
• Monthly coffee mornings, offering a space for parents to connect, ask questions, and hear about the latest school developments
• Parent surveys, where we regularly seek feedback to help us grow and improve

We believe that strong, two-way communication builds a stronger learning community, and we encourage parents to stay involved and connected throughout the school year.
